Large windows & doors ensure great ventilation and the automatic awning provides protection from the elements. Windows covers zip open and closed from both inside and outside.
The roof is strong enough to support up to a 300 watts solar panel on the top of the tent. This is a fantastic option to be able to leave a solar panel permanently connected to an auxiliary battery. No need to ever turn off the car fridge!
There is enough room above the mattress to leave your bedding inside the tent whilst traveling. This is not only convenient, but a great space saver in your vehicle.
The tent has been tested extensively in various locations and weather types. In the USA it has proven to withstand 50 mph winds and has also performed well in snow.
All Bundutec Electric tents are now pre-wired for a Solar Panel.
The roof can support up to 25 kg of additional weight, so you can install a solar panel on top or you can order a tent with a 200 watt solar panel already installed.
The tent has a winch inside that lifts and lowers the top section. It is connected to ropes that run on bearings to effectively pull in the awnings and sides.
It is made from a durable 300 gms UV treated Riptech Canvas and comes with a telescopic aluminium ladder.
Inside the tent, there is a 100 mm high density foam mattress, 2 fans, 12 volt power outlet and overhead LED light.
The foam backed roof-lining absorbs moisture and condensation, but if you are going to extremely cold areas we do recommend putting a carpet under the mattress as insulation, as very cold temperatures creates additional condensation.
Our tents have a one year mechanical warranty.
The Bundutop is a full aluminium construction and weighs
approximately 70 kg excluding the ladder.
